The purpose of 'The way of Jaan'
The purpose of 'The way of Jaan' is to enhance understanding about equine behaviour, with Sir Simple being the role model and the anchor, who continues to affect and influence the life of those around him. These equine-human interactions are being shared with like-minded people on http://www.jennyfriedl.wordpress.com by publishing articles based on our observations, considerations and experiences with horses.
Furthermore, 'The way of Jaan' proposes to encourage and support scientific research and studies to be published online. This shall add to our profound understanding of the behaviour of horses, in turn, hopefully helping create a better quality of life for horses by their caregivers, the humans.
Finally, 'The way of Jaan' invites interested persons to contribute their constructive thoughts, ideas, knowledge, and experiences, which shall be published online as discussions, articles and research reports.
The objective of 'The way of Jaan'
The objective of 'The way of Jaan' is to create a non-profit organization which has the following scope of interest and work:

- informing about where human behavior and lack of understanding of horses' anatomy and physiology hurts and damages the health and usefulness of the horses. This shall be undertaken by publishing elaborate articles and results of scientific studies to increase awareness about care of horses to further an understanding amongst people
- towards this purpose, 'The way of Jaan' shall actively support and promote and scientific research by interested researchers to help increase awareness and to improve understanding about horses among people.
2.) to offer the assistance of experts to help organizations and individuals work towards a better understanding of equine behavior with the sole purpose of bringing in enduring and positive changes in human behavior towards horses
3.) to work together with other like-minded organizations to further advance the human knowledge base in equine behaviour and care, in turn, to endeavour towards building a world-wide network in equine competence.
